“Inquirers’ Classes” are led by the pastors and are offered in the Fall and in the Winter/Spring for those who are ready to join the church, and for those who simply want to know more about the church. The classes are intended to answer questions about who we are, what we believe, and why we do what we do. The classes are also intended to build friendship and so we invite all to participate in the class, even if they have previously been members of a Presbyterian church.
At the end of the last class, those are ready to make a commitment of discipleship through this congregation meet with the Session to be received into membership. New members are received by letter of transfer (if previously an active member of a congregation, whether or not Presbyterian), by reaffirmation of faith (if not recently an active member of a congregation), or by profession of faith (if this person has never previously professed his or her faith and become a member of a congregation).
If you are interested in a class, or have questions, please contact the co-pastors, Kerry or Carter.
